• Die Interference Detection
  All designs are checked for any interferences between the strip and die components. Die components are also evaluated for interference among themselves thereby avoiding the need to address clearance issues at the last moment.

  Dies designed with Solidworks are parametrically controlled and linked to the BOM. This associative characteristic allows for the design to modified by changing a dimension of one of the die component models and have the corresponding BOM to update accordingly. The BOM is

  3D designs can be presented in a variety of different ways to assist in visualizing the design. Designs may be viewed with use of partially displayed portions of the design, use of transparent components and/or wireframes or any combination. This provides simplified views of complex portions of the die in order to make easy to visualize.
